In summary, we have a cosy, centrally-heated flat of around 565 sq. ft, plus an outside terrace in one of the best areas of London. It is ideally suited for 2 people, as there is only one bathroom, but can accommodate 4 in comfort.
There is one main bedroom, but also a double sofa bed in the second bedroom - which we use mainly as a second lounge area.
The lounge has two settees (one also converts into another double sofa bed) and a dining table which can seat 4. There is a wall mounted TV screen with satellite TV (including sports and movie channels), Blu-ray player and cinema sound system.
The kitchen has been refitted with electric double ovens and grills, dishwasher and microwave. There is an American style fridge/freezer and a ‘Quooker’ instant boiling water tap for tea/coffee making and for cooking.
The recently refitted shower room has underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and TV with freeview digital channels. In the second bedroom, as well as the sofa bed, is the the washing machine and there is also an ethernet cable for your own laptop. This room has access to the terrace, which has 2 loungers and a table with 4 chairs for dining and relaxing on summer evenings.
There is high speed wi-fi in the flat for convenient access via your own laptop, iPad etc.
We have an information pack at home, which contains all the details you might need about our home, the surrounding areas and our favourite walks nearby: we normally send this to visitors in advance so that any queries can be resolved before arrival. We also keep leaflets on some of the sights, events and outings in London which are left for guests.
Please note the lease requires no loud noise after 10pm.
